We maintain a strict moisture threshold of 8% to 10%, ensuring long-term shelf stability and preventing the product from becoming "soft" or soggy during maritime transit. Every batch is machine-cleaned and Sortex-graded to ensure ≥99% purity and size uniformity (6mm to 8mm). We utilize a multi-stage de-stoning process to eliminate foreign matter and broken grains (<1%). For international sea freight, the product is packed in moisture-barrier PP or multi-walled paper bags (25kg/50kg) and stowed in dry, fumigated containers with high-capacity desiccant blankets to manage humidity.
